Policies

There are several things that you should consider before ordering parts online:

All available parts are OEM Parts. For older vehicles not all parts may be available.

If you aren't sure that you have the right part or have questions on an order please contact us at 1.800.828.5498.

Please remember we do not stock OEM parts here at our facility they must be ordered from the manufacturer. This procedure typically takes 48-72 weekday hours for us to process, receive and ship the order. Most orders should add 2-10 days to delivery times depending on where you are located in the Continental U.S.

A second confirmation e-mail will be sent by one of our representatives once the order is processed providing you with and invoice number and a total that will include shipping costs and estimated delivery time. Do not confuse this with the first confirmation e-mail you get when your order is submitted on our website.

Policies Individual product descriptions are claims of the manufacturer and/or distributor and are not guaranteed accurate. Prices are subject to change without notice. Mistakenly posted prices on the website do not obligate us to honor those incorrect prices. We reserve the right to refuse to sell to anyone for any reason.
Secured Online Shopping We guarantee your order's privacy and security over the web, with all transactions utilizing an SSL secure server connection. Verisign Inc. provides our Secure Server Certificate through Dominion Enterprises.

Shipping/Handling Charges These charges are based on your order total NOT the size and weight of the parts being ordered. The minimum shipping range is $9.00-$15.00 and depends on where you are located in the Continental U.S. This charge is calculated before you submit your order. There is a possibility that the actual shipping charges may change. Please do not assume that the shipping charges will be less than what was calculated when the order was submitted. Oversized or heavy items i.e. Fenders, tires etc. will incur additional shipping charges; we will notify you by e-mail if there is an increase in shipping charge prior to processing your order.

Cancelled Orders Most of the items we offer are special order because of this we charge your credit card when your order is processed in our system. Our suppliers charge restocking fees on cancelled orders or returns therefore we charge a 20% restocking fee on any order that has been processed and then cancelled.
Domestic Orders All returns require prior authorization and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns must be made within 10 days of receiving the order. No returns on electrical components or items under $10.00 will be approved. Items must be returned within 21 days of the original order date in the original packaging.

International Orders Part numbers must be provided by the customer. Please allow a minimum of 2-3 weeks before expecting delivery of your order. Shipping charges do not include duties and taxes, these are payable to UPS upon delivery. All returns require prior authorization and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All return shipping charges and reorder shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer regardless of fault. No returns on electrical components or items under $30.00 will be approved. Items must be returned within 45 days of the original order date in the original packaging.

NO WARRANTIES OR RETURNS ARE AUTHORIZED FOR ANY ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS

Returns and Exchanges General: All returns must be postmarked no later than 21 days from the original order date. Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and must include all instructions and original packing material with manufacturer label intact. The customer pays all return shipping charges. Please include a copy of your packing list with all returns.

Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Returns must be preauthorized by us and are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. These fees will be deducted from the original amount billed and the remaining balance will be credited to the original credit card.

Incorrect Item: If you received an incorrect item as a result of mislabeling no extra charges will be incurred. We will replace incorrect items and pay the additional shipping charge.

Return Shipping Instructions: Return via prepaid USPS mail only. Insure shipment for full value of purchase. Charges incurred for insuring the package will not be refunded. Use original packaging if possible. We are not responsible for lost packages.

Return/Exchange Instructions: Enclose a copy of your packing list or E-mail Invoice along with detailed return/exchange instructions.

Warranties Items submitted for warranty consideration must be sent back to Service Honda for inspection. A replacement piece will not be ordered until the inspection is complete. There is a possibility that items sent back for warranty consideration may not be acceptable under the manufacturer's warranty criteria. These items will be rejected and sent back to the customer. All shipping and handling charges for warranty parts are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by Service Honda. No warranties will be authorized on any electrical components.
Damaged Items Service Honda must be notified within 10 days of receiving the items for damage claims. All damage claims are submitted through the shipping company and subject to that company’s terms and conditions. The claims must be filed by Service Honda. Please do not attempt to contact the shipping company for damaged items. The claim process normally takes approximately 2 weeks to be resolved at which point the customer can request a replacement part or a credit.
Backordered Items DOMESTIC ORDERS: If an item is backordered, we will notify you via e-mail or phone. Backorders will be filled before new orders when the backordered items become available. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: All back orders are cancelled and the purchase amount is credited to the original card used during the initial purchase.
Sales Tax Sales tax is charged on instate orders if required by law.
Payment Methods Orders accepted via secure online order form only. Most major credit cards are accepted. Credit card purchases verified for your protection.
